Add A Call To Action "PopUp" on Your FB Biz Page

Want to easily drive more traffic to your website from your Facebook biz page?  Who doesn’t?

Create a “pop up” call-to-action (CTA) text box on the cover photo of your Facebook business page.

How?  Super easy.  When you upload a photo for your cover banner, you get a surprising amount of space to type in a “description” of your visual.  Most people simply give their photo a one or two-word name and save it.  Instead of doing that, add a CTA.  For example, type in “GET A COPY OF MY FREE (add the title of your give-away) ON MY WEBSITE AT www.your website”

It’s totally legit.  And, get this, Facebook gives you an additional six lines of text to use!  That’s a lot of space!  Why not use it to ask people to follow you on your social sites?  For example, type in something like:  “FOLLOW ME ON TWITTER @your user name, FOLLOW ME ON PINTEREST at your URL there, etc.”  Format it so that each social site is on a separate line, making it easy stand out and easy to read. Then save it.  Viola! You’re done.

The text box is hidden and will not intefere with the visuals on your cover photo.  However, whenever someone scrolls their mouse, or cursor, across the cover photo of your Facebook business page, it will pop up. Love it.

It’s fast, easy and another opportunity to drive traffic to your website, direct your people to your email capture, and to get them to follow you on your social sites.   Check out out my Facebook business page,  Circle your mouse over the buildings on right-hand side of the cover photo and you’ll see a yellow text box pop up with the exact suggestions I’ve made here in it.  Oh, and while you’re there, if you’d like to like my Facebook page, I’d be delighted!  I mean I had to ask, right?
